The one bedroomed apartment is located on the fourth floor of the Downtown Apartment complex accessed by a lift. It has air conditioning, central heating, fire alarm, security system and an electronic safe.

As you enter the apartment a small entrance vestibule has an area for coats.

The apartment will sleep two adults in a double bed in the main bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge area which could accommodate two children. There is a private balcony.

Room amenities include  digital TV and a broadband internet connection is also available.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven and microwave oven.   This leads to a lounge/diner area from which you can gain access to the balcony.

There is a modern  bathroom which contains a bathtub with a overhead shower.  An electric built in hair dryer is also at your disposal.
